柯马(上海)工程有限公司为意大利柯马COMAU股份有限公司在中国的全资子公司。1997年，柯马正式进入中国市场，并于2000年成立了独资企业-柯马（上海）汽车设备有限公司。历经十余年的发展，柯马在中国的发展已不再局限于汽车行业，而是将先进的自动化技术渗透到工业制造的各个领域中。为了适应柯马中国多元化发展的趋势，2010年7月，“柯马（上海）汽车设备有限公司”正式更名为“柯马(上海)工程有限公司”。目前，柯马中国在华员工1000多人，主要业务为工业自动化系统，包括车身焊装、动力总成、工业机器人和通用工业系统四大事业部。 Comau formally set its foot on China market in 1997, and established a solely-owned enterprise in 2000 – Comau (Shanghai) Automotive Equipments Co., Ltd. It currently has more than 1000 employees in China , and involves in FOUR business units i.e. Body welding, Powertrain, Robotics, Adaptive Solutions.For the purpose of Comau (China)’s long-term strategic development, Comau (Shanghai) Automotive Co., Ltd. was renamed as Comau (Shanghai) Engineering Co., Ltd. from July 2010. The company has established a R&D center in China in order to cater for Chinese client’s customization demands and the rapidly growing Chinese market.
