- Main responsibilities: 1. Work with manager to identify training needs, develop training programs, implementing training policies and procedures. 2. Conducts or facilitates general and specific training programs for organization employees. 3. Measure and improve the effectiveness of training sessions, track and analyze training programs by examining training participants' job performance. 4. Develop and implement talent development projects and enhance organization capacity. Requirement: 1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent functional experience) and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. 2. Skillful in interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, good team player and passionate learner. 3. Proficient in both spoken and written English, competent in Microsoft software such as : Excel, PowerPoint, Words.
