Responsibilities: - Build the calibration and validation activity plan on the project with the project team accordingly development process. - Define the engine calibration planning targets and activities regarding workload cases and Engine software content. - Define the resources required for calibration activity (prototypes, engine instrumentation, testing). - Organize regular meeting to follow closely for functional calibration activities with the different partners. - Verify functional calibration/validation report, and report results to engine project team and powertrain leader. - Guarantee the traceability of the calibration from the functional calibration team and from the other teams (electronic, mechanical conception, etc.) - Fulfill the project target on the every performance, manage key performance indicators. Identify the schedule critical path, manage technical risks and report to project. - Officialise the serial production calibration and make data freeze review. - Make coordination with the synthesis calibration engineer. - Drive the supplier calibration activities and guarantee supplier fulfills the requirements. - Organize regular technical meeting with suppliers and summarize technical open point to project management team. - Check and validate the deliverables (report, data) from suppliers, give technical proposal to accept or not by dedicated test result. - Manage vehicle resources and configuration with the synthesis calibration engineer. - Ensure robustness of engine calibration : follow running (EOBD, GPF etc.) Qualification - Bachelor degree or above in automotive or mechanic engineering; - At least 3 years experience in engine calibration field; - Familiar with INCA, Creta - Driving license C1 is required - Very good communication skills are mandatory - Good command of oral English
