职位介绍: 内部客服应用系统支持，迁移。熟悉SOX404审计要求。官网运维。英文口语需要无障碍沟通能力，涉及和海外总部对接。公司有两个办公地点地址1：上海市普陀区柳明路38号地址2：上海市杨浦区荆州路168号安联大厦1207室额外每周提供居家办公福利 QUALIFICATIONS/experience Degree or equivalent in IT related discipline Formal IT qualification (MTA) Process certifications (i.e. ITIL v3 MCSE) Excellent knowledge of a range of Corporate Technologies (e.g. SQL,JAVA, .net, IIS, Web Services), and methodologies (scrum, agile) Minimum 6 years Technical Support Experience SKILLS (including languages) Fluent in English Ability to communicate across multiple continents with diverse personalities Chinese National who has lived in the Shanghai/Beijing for more than 5 consecutive years and is able to pass a background/no-criminal records Security Clearance check (SC) Ability to work under pressure Ability to arbitrate and seek resolution to issues Good interpersonal skills Able to produce high quality work with minimal supervision Self-motivated and directed Ability to effectively prioritise & execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and the value effective Project Management brings to the organisation Able to build relationships and operate in a matrix structure Results-orientated, able to execute and get things done Experience with N-tier web based applications using C# and ASP.NET Ability to extend web applications to create dynamic user experiences leveraging HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery and/or AJAX Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities EXPERIENCE Broad experience in providing support to complex software systems in large organisations Broad experience of complex IT systems implementations A strong background in problem analysis and establishing corrective action Working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Track record of continual professional development Working in the Information Management Industry Experience in IT service delivery across different industries (3 years) MOBILITY REQUIREMENTS Ability to travel (30%)
