- 1. Standard the package material & structure/packing style of different Zwilling product category 1) Standardize material, packaging structure and packing method 2) Optimize the dimension of gift box and carton to reduce the number of articles 2. Conduct the package development of new products 1) Collaborate with packaging suppliers and manage package development schedule 2) Bring new packaging material, structure and technologies into package development in the company 3. Improve current package 1) Seek for different solutions to optimize the package, including material, structure, size and etc. 2) Reduce the complexity of packing method 4. Conduct improvement on product packing process 1) Support packaging manager to create packaging team working process and build SOPs 2) Collect and bring process optimization ideas for continuous improvement 5. Packaging procurement 1) Support to verify the quotation from different packaging suppliers 2) Support to qualify new packaging suppliers 3) Handle package quality issues and provide improvement solutions Requirements: 1. Familiar with the consumer goods package development and packing process. 2. At least 1 years working experience in package or packing industry. 3. Good analytical & logic capability, Good Communication ability 4. Self-motivated to work, good team player and quick learner 5. Bachelor degree in engineering or related. 6. Software: Photoshop or Coreldraw or Adobe Illustrator。 AutoCAD Solidwork or ProE
