- • Coordinate with internal logistic, IT to solve any error messages immediately. • Collect process and communicate with PE and IT for improvement. • Perform SAP control of changes (alternative components etc.) as well as SAP component call validation. • Manage the interface between/to JIS and logistic engineer • Support the processing of special products (e.g. pre-series, re-order etc.). • Realize system relevant changes (SAP, PCS and process). • Provide a system wise support to the production department in case of emergency situations. • Create/update related JIS procedure/WI and training. • Implement KPI reporting standards for Logistics within the plant, including the collection of data, consistency checks, data tracking & consolidation as well as reporting. • Define, track and support action plans to optimize the suppliers’ performance within the supply base and initiate counter measures in case of escalation. • Lead the logistic development in the plant, including the field of professional development and the implementation of improvement activities for the plant as well as within the supply chain. • Participate actively in the acquisition and implementation of projects. • Support the cross-departmental / cross-functional coordination of activities (e.g. Internal Logistics, Sales, Purchasing and IT) to assure an effective and efficient interacting in project work as well as on shop-floor level. • Shopfloor management and coordinate in shifts
