See *********************** Job Description Job Title: Business & Product Development Manager/Sr. Manager (BPD) Reporting to: General Manager (Great China) Location: Shanghai/Shenzhen/Hong Kong Job Description Position: Business & Product Development (BPD) Location: Shanghai As a member of the Greater China business and product development team, the candidate's main job responsibilities are to carry out product upgrades and new business development and innovation, to increase the company's customer base, asset volume and business revenue. Based on a comprehensive understanding of supply chain financial products and customer pain points, provide financial solutions to achieve the company's strategics and business development goals. Job Responsibilities 1. Contact customers through phone calls and on-site visits, provide product solutions, promote the upgrades of cross-border financing factoring business and products, and define business processes to facilitate rapid implementation. You need to maintain good communication and collaboration with various business teams within the Group and the company to achieve the corresponding product and business goals. 2. Define and standardize end-to-end business processes, and continuously optimize processes such as marketing, onboarding, contract signing, limit setting and payment collection monitoring, to improve internal efficiency and customer satisfaction. Continuously improve offline and online business processing procedures to efficiently solve problems among business process. 3. Understand and analyze the target customer's business, financing situation, and financing request, and compile customer profiles. Based on customers’ needs, continuously optimize operating strategies, design operating standards and operating activities, and ensure rapid business growth. 5. Analyze customer information, explore business opportunities, set priorities, and proactively follow up with key customers; maintain frequent interactions with existing customers to improve customer retention rate. 6. Continuously collect and analyze market information, compare the products and processes differences with competitors, and optimize solutions to build differentiated capabilities. 7. Other assigned tasks and projects. Job Requirements 1. More than 5 years of relevant work experience. Candidates with experience in cross-border trade finance, supply chain financing, SME customer relationship management, cross-border factoring, credit insurance, or fintech companies are preferred. 2. Full-time undergraduate degree or above from domestic or foreign universities. 3. Proficient in EXCEL and other related data processing tools. 4. Have teamwork awareness and cooperation spirit, and strong self-motivation. 5. Be proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English.
