职位介绍: What you can expect： You will be responsible for providing Instrumentation & Process Control Design and Engineering Services for multiple Company CapEx projects or eMOC. 负责提供公司的仪控设计，包括新型投资及在役工厂的改造。 Main tasks： Support the Project/Engineering Manager/Project Engineer regarding I&C engineering topics utilizing the Digital Engineering workflow and associated tools.使用相应的数字化设计流程及工具，支持项目经理、设计经理及项目工程师提供仪控专业的相关设计工作。 Develop a solid I&C Design scope for all eMOC and Capital Projects, monitor & control I&C engineering design towards contractors. Responsible and accountable for all activities and deliverables associated with I&C. 明确新项目投资及在役工厂改造的仪控工作范围，监督及管理项目承包商的仪控设计工作；总体负责仪控专业的所有活动及交付成果。 Effectively coordinate within the I&C and other disciplines for all aspects of I&C scope in Digital Engineering process. 实施数字化工程流程，有效协调仪控及其他相关专业。 Responsible for the execution and coordination of activities related to the design, engineering, and procurement of I&C, including instrument technical datasheet, wiring diagram, loop drawings and control systems design, and so on. 在项目执行过程中，负责仪控设计及采购相关事宜，包括数据单编制、接线图、回路图及控制系统设计等。 Establish and keep close contact to the related engineering disciplines at BASF regionally and globally e.g. headquarter Germany (good English skills required). 跟区域及全球相关的设计团队建立并保持紧密合作（要求英语流利）。 Represent the owner interests in the project towards the EPs/Local Design Institute, Vendors, construction companies. Carry out technical and contractual supervision and guidance. 在与工程合作伙伴、当地设计院、供应商及施工单位等执行项目过程中充分代表业主利益。提供技术及合同监督和指导。 Establish and enhance local know-how in the I&C. 建立并强化团队的仪控设计能力。 Check of I&C related Vendor Drawings. 审查供应商提供的仪控相关图纸。 Supervise/Manage Quality, Cost and Schedule for I&C discipline in the Project. 在项目执行过程中监督/管理仪控相关的质量、费用及进度等。 Champion the mindset of Continuous Improvement and implementation of improvement measures. 倡导持续改进并付诸于实际行动。工作要求： Education 教育背景: - Bachelor degree with major study in Process Control 过程控制专业本科毕业 - Master degree will be an advantage 研究生学历优选 Working Experience 工作经历： - At least 6 years or above working experiences in I&C area 在仪控专业工作至少六年或以上 Technical & Professional Knowledge 技术及资质要求: - Proficient command of spoken and written Chinese and English 熟练掌握中英文 - Good knowledge in I&C, familiar with national and international design Codes (GB, HG, SH, ASTM, ASME, API, DIN/EN etc) 精通仪控知识，熟悉相关国内及国际标准规范（GB, HG, SH, ASTM, ASME, API, DIN/EN，等等） - Good in relevant software/tools e.g. SmartPlant and other Hexagon tools 熟悉相关设计软件，如SmartPlant, Hexagon等 - Holding national Instrument engineer or senior instrument engineer certificate as a preference 持有国内仪表工程师或高级仪表工程师证书者优选
