职位介绍: 公司：BRINKS 岗位：IT服务经理资讯科技服务经理直接向香港的资讯科技总监汇报工作，协助管理香港的资讯科技运作，满足用户的需要，并支援顺利的业务运作。工作描述管理IT服务，运行IT运营并满足所有香港办事处的业务需求与全球和区域IT方向进行沟通、协调和支持执行符合全球IT政策的本地IT政策起草IT预算维护IT资产库存管理内部和外部团队以满足不断变化的业务需求管理供应商关系维护数据中心和网络的安全、稳定、稳健记录和维护所有IT操作的标准程序 IT控制和SOX控制合规性岗位要求信息技术或计算机专业本科以上学历至少10年IT团队管理和IT运营管理经验 5年以上跨国公司工作经验有数据中心、广域网和局域网管理经验具备Windows服务器、VMWare服务器、Unix/Linux环境工作经验具有MPLS、ME、FE、业务宽带或IPSec VPN环境工作经验有支持多个办公室的经验必须有变更管理经验必须有供应商管理经验有项目管理经验者优先多任务处理能力，适应不断变化的情况、特别项目和不同的工作负载，以适应业务需求较强的沟通能力，能够与内部和外部客户进行沟通良好的粤语、英语和普通话书面和口语表达能力 Job Description Manage IT services, run IT operations and fulfil business requirements for all Hong Kong offices Communicate with, align to, and support Global IT and Regional IT directions Implement local IT policy complying to Global IT policy Draft IT budget Maintain IT assets inventory Manage both inhouse and outsource teams to fulfil changing business requirement Manage vendor and supplier relationships Maintain secure, stable, and robust datacenters and networks Document and maintain standard procedure for all IT operations IT controls and SOX controls compliance Requirements Bachelor Degree Holder or above in Information Technology or Computer Science Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT team management and IT operation hands on management Minimum 5 years’ exposure and working experience in international company and cross border operations Experience in managing datacenter, WAN and LAN Experience in Windows server, VMWare server and Unix/Linux environment Experience in MPLS, ME, FE, Business Broadband, or IPSec VPN environment Experience in supporting multiple offices Experience in Change Management is a Must Experience in Vendor Management is a Must Experience in Project Management will be advantage Ability to multi-tasks and adapt to changing situations, ad hoc projects, and varying workloads to accommodate the needs of the business Strong communication skill in interacting with all levels of internal and external customers Good written and fluent speaking in Cantonese, English and Putonghua / Mandarin
