Mission/Position Headline: technical engineer for healthcare IT products, responsible for project implementation, service support and maintain customer satisfaction. Areas of Responsibilities: • Technical responsibility for healthcare IT products installations and service support; • Handover of system to Client and securing Customer Satisfaction certification; • Owner of enterprise healthcare IT projects and maintain high level of customer satisfication • Support onsite engineer on system installation, integration and hand over of systems remotely and onsite; • Quick response to internal and external customer requirements during implementation phase and service phase. • Work with solution R&D to support CS engineer and service vendor to solve the product issue/upgrade and maintain customer relationship. • Service emergency call answering out of service vendor 5*8 repsonse time; Education and Experience Experience * Minimum 7 years working experiences in technical engineering in healthcare IT * Strong IT knowledge. Familiar with Windows server, Linux, database, Network and virtualization * Prefer working experience on IT service support * Prefer Familiar with DICOM, HL7, IHE-C standard. Prefer Familiar with modality configurations of CT/MR etc.. * Self-management&drievn/self-learning/very good communication skills * Ability to write and speak English proficiently. * Can accept traveling in China mainland, 70% of workingtime per year.
