职位介绍: 1. Take the lead in retail space and environment creative design, and be able to provide overall creative solutions for relevant projects. 2. Lead a multi-skilled team of designers, pre-research, and experts to develop innovative ideas and creative solutions through close cooperation. 3. Build iconic retail store brand image through innovative architectural and interior design solutions that merge brand and business’s goals and strategies into highly experiential yet practical design solutions, ensuring adherence to established project budgets and timelines. 4. Exhibit excellent customer-centric design solutions, lead creative demonstration, and build an immersive experience environment to ensure customers' visual and shopping experience. 5. Must have an excellent understanding of proportion and ability to translate ideas, forms, and functions into cohesive design concepts; while exhibiting ability to create, understand and translate three-dimensional space concepts into conceptual drawings. 6. Gain insight into and spread the latest trends related to environment design, and carry out in-depth research. Unify and continuously improve the design language, material specifications and standards for retail architectural and interior design.
