CAD design, responsible for vehicle cooling system layout and component design like hoses, brackets, tanks, radiator front modules etc.
CAD设计，负责整车冷却系统布置及管路、支架、水箱、散热器前端模块等部件设计。
Component drawings generation, check and define details on models and drawings, like DMU check, GD&T study, material specification and requirement and functional requirement, collaborate with relevant departments.
部件图纸的生成，对模型和图纸的细节进行检查和定义，如DMU检查，GD&T研究，材料规格要求和功能要求，与相关部门协作。
Cooling system and component PDM creation and negotiation with relevant department.
创建冷却系统和部件的PDM，并与相关部门协商。
Support BTV on DFM feasibility, BOM creation, component development and release etc.
支持BTV的DFM可行性，BOM创建，组件开发和发布等。
Coordinate with internal and external departments and companies on resources collection, math data collection; join and report different level design assessment meetings.
协调内外部部门和公司的资源收集，数学数据收集;参加并报告不同的关卡设计评估会议 。
Problem solving: testing issues, production problems, after-sales complaints, engineering failure mode identification etc.
解决问题:测试问题，生产问题，售后投诉，工程故障模式识别等。
Change management: manage the change process (Aeko, AeA)as per company process
变更管理: 根据公司流程管理变更流程(Aeko, AeA)
Qualification
Bachelor degree or above in mechatronics, power and energy engineering, mechanical engineering or other related fields Proficiency in MS office.
本科及以上学历，机电一体化、动力与能源工程、机械工程等相关专业。
Experience in thermal management& cooling system layout and component design& development
有热管理和冷却系统布局的经验,和组件设计与开发
Proficient with CAD tools like Creo(ProE), CATIA etc.
熟练使用Creo(ProE)、CATIA等CAD工具。
At least 2 projects experience with thermal management& cooling
至少2个项目的热管理和冷却经验
熟悉汽车开发流程
Experience with cooling system layout and component
有冷却系统布局和部件的经验
design experience is a plus
有设计经验者优先
Good communication skills and team spirit.
良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
Fluent in English, German is a plus.
英语流利，会德语者优先。
