职位介绍: Full job description General Summary Phrontline Biopharma is an innovative biotech developing bispecific ADC drugs. Right now is seeking an entrepreneurial business development professional, that will forge new high-value relationships to out-license and partner Phrontline’s platforms and assets. Reporting to CEO, the candidate will work closely with company’s various functional groups, including the R&D team, to help to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and close new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Principle Duties and Responsibilities 1.Establish, evolve, and execute company BD strategy. 2.Identify the most compelling external opportunities for out-licensing company platform technology and pipeline assets and prioritize at a pace to enable high quality decision making. 3.Partner with R&D team to explore and evaluate in-licensed or collaborative opportunities that can complement internal research and development efforts. 4.Manage a matrixed, cross-functional teams when lead ing deal processes. 5.Structure transactions and negotiate with prospective partners and drive deals forward through company governance and decision-making process. 6.Strengthening relationship with potential external partners throughout the deal process. 7.Develop and maintain an expert understanding of the scientific and asset landscape and competitive intelligence to ensure visibility to emerging opportunities and changes in the biopharmaceutical industry, especially target therapies including ADCs in oncology. 8.Lead competitive intelligence and positioning exercises to support company partnering and platform/product development efforts. Skills, Abilities & Competencies 1.Advanced degree (master, PhD) in life sciences. 2.Excellent English communication skill is required. 3.＞10 years of experience in scientific research and/or business development within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry and/or experience in healthcare consulting or investment banking. 4.Established network within the pharmaceutical industry, with a demonstrable track record of leveraging existing relationships for successful partnerships. Strong BD and scientific network in oncology preferred. 5.In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical deal landscape, including licensing agreements, collaborations, and strategic partnerships. 6.Track record of successfully closing transactions and collaboration agreements - please submit a summary deal sheet along with resume. 7.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific and business concepts effectively. 8.Proven ability to think strategically and identify opportunities that align with the company's mission and objectives. 9.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive and innovative work culture. 10.Executive level presence with an ability to effectively interact and present written and verbal communications.
