职位介绍: Main Responsibility: Responsible for balance sheet budget & forecast, Financial analysis of Plant and Market, Fix Asset management, Insurance, Internal control 1. Daily Business - Responsible for all Tire China 5 CUs's Balance sheet budget and Monthly forecast - Tire China working capital analysis: a.AR analysis include aging analysis/provision/bank draft etc. b.AP analysis include deviation analysis, bank draft endorsemnt arrangment etc. to improve cash flow c.Inventory analysis include finish goods, raw material incl. consignment , supplies etc. - Insurance management and coordination - Monthly/Half year/Yearly business review financial reports - Internal control include authorization management, purchase to pay process, general risk control and coordination with each departments etc. - Fix asset management and depreciation forecast 2. Month-end / Year-end closing - Monthly BS sheet forecast and system closing - Monthly working capital analysis 3. Projects - FP&A process and efficiency improvement - Reports automation and dashboard build up - Peers and industries analysis Job Requirements: - Bachelor Degree of Accounting / International Finance Certificate - 10+ years work experience in accounting/tax management,more than one functional areas preferred. - Leading people experience needed - Intercultulre/International Experience Not required, but appreciated.
