About the role Reporting into Senior Manager, Learning & Leadership Partners, this role will enable delivery of training, development and on-boarding programs through the most effective and consumable means using the right method/channel, for the right audience, at the right time through the most effective and consumable means. This role will be responsible for ensuring curriculum is localized, integrated, up-to-date and utilizes innovative delivery techniques and modalities to maximize skill acquisition and knowledge retention, as well as measuring and monitoring training effectiveness. A day in the life: • Design and conduct learning needs intake with key stakeholders to understand talent development needs • Design, facilitate and deliver culture, onboarding leadership development programs • Partner with global learning design team to innovate and update global L&L programs • Implement and localize global L&L programs including creating and executing enrollment strategy for local audience • Evaluate the success of training programs through various methods, including observation, surveys, interviews, and feedback • Manage training budget for your programs • Work in close collaboration with a wide array of partners (within and outside P&C team) to provide an individualized learning experience • Remain immersed in the larger lululemon organization through attending regular team meetings, region/function level gatherings Qualifications: • Recommended 3-5 years training experience or equivalent • Solid project management experience and drive results • Self-led leader with excellent time management and organization skills • Skilled communicator, trainer, facilitator • Experienced in key stakeholders management • Multilingual with English and Mandarin Must haves: • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results. • Communicates with honesty and kindness; And creates the space for others to do the same. • Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships. • Embrace diversity and enjoy teamwork • Be open and willing to give/take feedback • Adaptable and growth mindset
