Mission ● Manage the daily retail direct and indirect operations of the Brand Center and deliver sales targets. ● Manage the brand communication implementation of the Brand Center and deliver brand targets. ● Ensure the delivery of the optimal adidas consumer experience. Experience / Skills Required ● Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in managing megastore in the world for leading mid high end retailers. ● Experience in managing high level retail image and delivering consumer in store experience. Competencies / Attributes ● Excellent organizational skills ● Excellent communication/interpersonal skills ● Excellent leading/charisma skills ● Excellent retail management skills ● Excellent financial skills ● Service oriented ● Team player ● Able to multi-task Educational Background ● Bachelor degree required and advanced degree in business or related fields preferred PC/Language/Other Skills ● English fluent ● Mandarin fluent ● Good command of computer skills
