- 岗位职责： 1. To ensure execution of programs and optimize engineering direction to meet manufacturing/engineering and customer objectives. 2. To work directly with customer, program manager and/or director to assure program information flow and direction. 3. Responsible for analysis of project, project plan, project initiation, project implementation, delivery and customer feedback. 4. To prepare business plan, set goals for people under him in line with the Company’s business plan and goals, and communicate at appropriate level. 5. To ensure customer complaints are handled effectively. 6. To provide timely, adequate resources to meet the business plans. 7. To provide clarity in responsibility and authority, and interrelation of personnel working under him. 8. To identify, provide and evaluate the training needs of subordinates to enhance competence and skills. 9. To ensure effective compliance with laid down Quality System Standards. 10. To provide technical direction to his subordinate and review their performance. 11. Manages a group of engineers in terms of recruitment, training and performance evaluation. 12. Any other duties / functions assigned from time to time by the Management. 职位要求： 1. College or Bachelor or Master of Eng and above, for mechanical engineering or automotive engineering. 2. Requires 9+/11+/13+ years of experience of Master/ Bachelor/ College degrees respectively in Design & Development - preferably in seating structure or automotive industry. Good communication skills and team work. Good English skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of DFMEA. Knowledge of issue analysis and problem resolution. Understanding of DFM/DFA analysis. Knowledge of metal process technology GD&T analysis skill. UG or CATIA ability. Team management experience.
