职位介绍: HSE Manager, Corporate HSE COE This position is responsible for providing technical guidance and effort, to guarantee full compliance with legal requirements related to Environmental, Safety and Health, by develop, implement, maintain, and improve on the Health, Safety and Environmental Management System (HSEMS). In order to establish our corporate standards, procedures and guidelines related to EHS as industrial best practices, this position will work within a highly matrixed organization, performing strong emotional intelligence, influencing, problem solving and decision-making experiences. The ability to think strategically and act tactically through corporate to site EHS and operational teams is important. The ideal candidate is a self-directed, technically strong individual who can work in a multi-functionary team environment and has the ability to communicate effectively with senior management on complex technical issues and manage multiple high-priority, complex projects. Job location: Shanghai, Zhangjiagang, Tangshan, Hongkong. Roles and Responsibility 1. Plan, develop and implement EHS requirements (standards, procedures, guideline) and programs to assure continuous compliance with local legislation and industry best practices, investigate and mitigate risks across health, safety, and environmental (HSE) opportunities. 2. Assist manufacturing sites and project location develop HSE management system according to international standard and local legislative requirement. 3. Build the framework across the levels and functions to drive continuous improvement by focusing on both approaches and outcomes. 4. Support Site's Leadership to maintain and improve their local EHS programs, through each site Operations team or directly. Assist Operational departments in achieving and maintaining compliance. 5. Develop and Monitor PSM key Performance Indicators for the Company, conduct analysis for continual improvement. Accordingly, prepare required reports to BU, corporate management, and regulatory agencies. 6. Evaluate with the functional departments for the requirements related to EHS applicable for new projects and processes as well as changes in the existing processes and installation. 7. Develop comprehensive HSE training system to ensure the competency of all employees and further promote their HSE knowledge and skills. 8. Organize promotional HSE competitions and activities to enhance awareness of the company. 9. Conduct incident and accident investigations and recommend the appropriate preventive measures. The Person: 1. Degree holder in Chemical Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational health, or other related disciplines. 2. Comprehensive skills and knowledge on Health, Safety, and Environmental. 10 years or above experience as HSE professionals, 5 years or above experience as leader role to facilitate HSE programs in region. 3. Result driven. Strong skills and willingness to manage multiple tasks in parallelly. 4. Familiar with most H/S/E aspects with hands-on experience. Team worker on troubleshooting with practical solutions. 5. CSE / CSP /CIH preferred. Good knowledge of OSHA standard and requirement. 6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Must be able to communicate in fluent written and spoken English and Chinese. Cantonese is a "plus." 8. Proficient in PC Applications i.e., MS Office. 9. Frequent travel to Mainland China and overseas is required.
