职位介绍: 岗位目的： Independent and high efficient processing of assigned product design projects through the design stage to handover to production including bare shaft pump and packaging, observing the need to apply cost effective solutions and ensuring costs are controlled within estimates provided at the tendering stage, and support & mentor others to complete the order task. 能够高效及独立完成指定项目的产品设计，包括泵头及配管设计，从设计阶段到生产阶段的技术转移，关注项目成本的有效方案，确保项目成本控制在投标阶段的预算范围内，同时可以给予其它人帮助及专业指导，并完成相应订单工作。主要职责： - Compile engineering design plans for each order or contract, arranging specialist support assistance if required, Coordinate and work together with relevant REs for appropriate product transfer. 编制订单工程设计计划，如有需要安排相应技术支持人员；和其它部门的合作，完成相关产品的转移。 - Prepare and issue, according to established or agreed procedures, schedules and specifications, of calculations, drawings, requisitions and piece lists to satisfy design, manufacture and customer requirements. 根据达成的程序，计划及规范等，提供相应的计算，图纸，采购清单等，满足设计，生产及用户需求。 - Issue specifications for the selection, specification and ordering of factored equipment such as mechanical seals, seal systems and couplings etc. 出具重要设备及物料的技术规格书，例如机械密封，机封系统以及联轴器等。 - Control the certification of all drawings and technical data issued to the customer and also the approval of all vendor drawings and data. 管理确认所有签发给用户的图纸及技术数据，以及批准所有供应商的图纸和数据。 - Give support to other departments on engineering problems including the forwarding of Engineering proposition data to Advance Engineering and Sales 为其他部门提供工程技术支持，包括提供工程方面数据给研发工程部门及销售部门。 - Participate in introducing new or revised standard products into our manufacturing range and ensuring that our designs are compatible with the latest design standards. 参与新标准或更新标准产品引入生产活动内，确保我们的设计符合最新的设计标准。 - support and mentor others to complete the order task. 协助并指导他人完成相应订单工作。 - All other duties as relevant to the position. 与岗位相关的其他事项。任职要求： 1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. 本科学历，机械或电气相关专业。 2. More than 10 years of relevant experience within related industry including knowledge of industry practices & standards. 10年以上工业应用及标准方面的相关经验。 3. Design and draughting skills; Inventor/NX and 3D softwares are prior. 设计及绘图技能，Inventor/NX及3D软件优先。 4. Good written and oral communication skills in English. 英文听说读写熟练，有口语表达流畅。
