工作职责 * Responsible for cooperating with the first distributors to recommend and daily management of city package distributors * Support first-tier distributors to lead city package distributors to meet Bayer's performance appraisal requirements * Guided by business results, support first-tier distributors to establish business communication and cooperation between Bayer's business promotion team and city package distributors * Assist first-tier distributors in empowerment training and business coaching for city package distributors * Regional business assistance to the first-tier distributors to the city package dealer semi-annual audit and daily data check * Responsible for the authentic, effectiveand timely reporting of terminal sales data in each city * Participate in the joint participation of the central business through the authorization of the first-tier distributors to the second-tier distributors 任职要求 * Familiar with the dealer sales network in the region, and have certain network resources * Nearly 5 years of experience in the channel management of medical high-value consumables of foreign companies * Experience in cooperation and relationship with major platform providers in the region * Distributors in the region have a certain understanding of the relationship network with important hospitals, and can help local business teams * Strong communication skills and business acumen * Strong sense of responsibility, enterprising spirit and team spirit * Have certain business negotiation skills * Have a certain entrepreneurial spirit
