职位介绍: ROLE PURPOSE Specify the purpose of the role in the organization Responsible for the management of CabinAir Tech(Shenzhen) Company’s quality control, ensuring that products have been manufactured according to the specifications and meet customer’s requirements, drive quality system build-up, implementation and continuous improvements. PRIMARY AND SECONDARY REPONSABILITIES ·Manage production quality, Prepare quality control document, such as control plan etc. Train and evaluate QC. ·Lead internally Nonconformity control and handling, Participate QRQC for Product quality analysis and improvement. ·Lead customer complaint handling, analysis and improvement, respond according to customer and company requirement, build good relationship with customer. ·Work with project team to make sure project green launch, support to prepare PPAP/ etc. ·Support to make the documents for management system ·Shall be responsible for other duties, which may be instructed from time to time by QA Supervisor. INTERFACES INTERNAL/EXTERNAL Keep good relationship with production department, R&D, Sweden quality team and customers. KEY COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Specify above qualifications in specific role Associate degree or above, majoring in science is preferred, at least 3 years working experience in QA area of automotive, stamping and welding experience will be perfect, familiar with quality tool and problem solving method, strong in developed knowledge in Quality plant management and customer relations, Good organization ability, good command of English language. Familiar with IATF/VDA standards PROCESS OWNERSHIP Specify the process responsibility in specific role (If there are any) Be responsible for the quality of incoming material, finished products. Focus on process CPK, customer complaint and continuous improvement of quality. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT Specify the people management responsibilities in specific role (if there are any) Guide QC and operators to do quality management and control works. FINANCIAL RESPONSABILITY Specify the budget/financial responsibility in specific role Balance quality with cost based on current design compared with manufacture quality level. POWER OF AUTHORITY Clarify the areas of responsibility and authority Monitor and analyze quality on site. Stop manufacture when critical quality issues happened.
