职位介绍: Job Summary A manager for Semiconductor Equipment manufacturing. Lead a MFG team and collaborate with functional teams to build the equipment in house, from parts to shipping, including, but not limited to, assembling, testing and packing. 半导体设备制造部门经理。领导制造团队，并与职能团队合作，在内部建造设备，从零件到运输，包括但不限于组装，测试和包装 Job Scope • Be an individual contributor or manager, take care of manufacturing tasks below. 作为部门负责人或经理的角色，负责以下制造部门工作任务 • Responsible for decision-making and operation management in the manufacturing field, participating in corporate business decisions on behalf of the manufacturing, formulating competitive manufacturing business goals, driving effective collaboration of manufacturing resources, efficient output, and supporting the commercial success of product lines. 负责制造域的投资决策和经营管理，代表制造部门参与公司的商业决策，制定有竞争力的制造经营目标，牵引制造资源有效协同，高效产出，支持产品线商业成功 • Has insight into the future development direction and needs of products, plans N+1/N+2 core capabilities in advance, supports the company's key products to make groundbreaking breakthroughs, and achieves continued leadership in manufacturing core competitiveness. 洞察产品未来的发展方向和需求，提前规划N+1/N+2的核心能力，支撑公司关键产品有开创性突破，实现制造核心竞争力持续领先 • Interpret Engineering BOM and Drawing into production plan, which may include shopfloor space, human resource, tooling/fixtures, assembling sequence of modules, verification testing/ tuning, packing, and project time line. 将工程BOM 和图纸转换为生产计划，其中可能包括：厂房空间、人力资源、工具/固定装置、模块组装顺序、验证测试/调整、物流和项目时间表。 • Setup and maintain workflow of MFG team. 制定和维护制造团队工作流程 • Setup collaboration protocols with functional teams. 与各个职能团队建立协作机制。 • Execute MFG plan precisely and Coaching team members on regular basis 精准执行制造计划并定期辅导团队成员 Qualification • Master or Bachelor of Engineering, Preferred: Mechanical and Automation 硕士或本科学历，机械或自动化专业优先 • 7 years in Semiconductor or relative Equipment Industry, or complex automation equipment, top level SEMI Equipment experience will be plus 7年半导体或相关设备行业或复杂自动化设备工作经验，有顶级SEMI设备工作经验者优先 • 4 years as people managers, with team size larger than 10 4年团队管理经验，团队规模大于10人 • 4 years experience of Project Based manufacturing, mainly Semi or Display equipment. 4年项目制造经验，主要是半导体或显示设备 • Good English Reading and Writing skill 良好的英语读写能力 • Good knowledge of startup procedures of automation equipment. 熟悉自动化设备的启动程序。 • Know the function of fundamental automation components 了解基本自动化组件的功能 • Able to read Engineering Drawings, Mechanical and Electrical. 能够阅读工程图纸，机械和电气。 • Able to describe the software requirement in verification test. 能够描述验证测试中的软件需求。 • Use Microsoft Office software to generate kinds of report: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. 能使用微软办公软件生成各种报表:Word,PowerPoint,Excel Optional Criteria • Experience of working in foreign company, US or countries in EU有在外企，美国或欧盟国家工作的经验 • Experience of daily jobs in a Semi or Display fab. 有在半导体或显示fab厂的工作经验
