职位介绍: 崗位職責 1、根據公司戰略，開展香港組裝合成建築（MiC）市場開拓工作； 2、作為香港市場的主要連絡人，維護與重點客戶的關係； 3、接近潛在客戶，建立聯繫和關係，獲得報價或投標邀請； 4、關注和搜集潛在的市場訊息情報，並及時向內部匯報； 5、審查潛在項目的招標文件，總結關鍵信息，並對內進行匯報； 6、牽頭投標報價工作，匯總成本和技術信息，並準備必要的報價文件和技術文件向潛在客戶提交； 7、匯總、協助、協調潛在客戶的諮詢並積極做出回應； 8、監控招投標和報價進度； 9、關注市場行情，進行成本及報價分析，搜集分包及供應商資源，提升公司的成本競爭力； 10、跟進領導交代的其他工作和安排。 Responsibility 1. According to the company's strategy, carry out market development works for Hong Kong Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) projects. 2. As the main contact person for Hong Kong markets, maintain relationships with clients. 3.Approaching potential clients, establishing connections and relationships, obtaining inquiries or bidding invitations. 4. Collect market information and report to department in time. 5. Review the bidding documents of projects and summarize key information, and report internally. 6. Lead the bidding and quotation work, summarize cost and technical information, and prepare proposed quotation and technical documents to submit to potential clients. 7. Summarize, assist, coordinate potential clients inquiries and actively respond. 8. Monitor the progress of bidding and quotation. 9. Pay attention to market trends, conduct cost and quotation analysis, collect subcontracting and supplier resources, and enhance the company's cost competitiveness. 10. Follow up on tasks assigned by leaders. 任職要求 1、建築工程、結構工程、土木工程、工程管理、造價或相關專業學士（本科）及以上學位畢業； 2、具有3年或以上香港建築工程造價經驗，有招投標經驗者優先； 3、能夠在嚴格的招投標期限和截止時間下保質保量交付工作； 4、粵語、英語、普通話作為工作語言； 5、形象氣質佳，陽光有活力，善於溝通交際，願意並善於學習； 6、主要工作地點為中国香港，需要不定期出差。 Qualifications 1. Graduated from Construction Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, Quantity Surveyor or related majors; 2. Having experiences of three years or more in Hong Kong construction industry as quantity surveyor, with bidding experience and wide connection preferred. 3. Able to deliver work with high quality before bidding deadlines. 4. Cantonese, English and Mandarin as working languages. 5. Have good personal image and temperament, optimistic, vitality, good at communication, good at continuous learning. 6. The workplace in Hong Kong and business trips are required.
