- REQUIREMENTS: - Strong Local profile (with fluent English, similar experiences/background in module project), - Over 10 years’ experience in the discipline, with similar positions and experiences (international projects/clients, module construction project, EPC experiences/final client experiences), similar background. - Coordinate quantity take-off from all disciplines (Structural, mechanical, piping, Electrical & Instrumentation) IFC/As-built drawing in accordance with the pay item definition and measurement convention. - Perform all measurements and quantity assessments in line with the methods of measurement stated within the Contract documents. - Maintain records and track Bill Of Quantities measurements / MTO according to the approved drawings. - Conduct on-site inspection and investigation for work progress measurement and billing purposes. - Assist the Field Engineers in the evaluation and verification of extra works and maintain proper filing of contract and related documents. - Evaluate and certify Contractor’s monthly progress claims prior to payment and responsible for the final quantity measurement intended for the final account of the project. - Review and verify total installed quantities for all disciplines including mechanical, piping, painting, insulation through regular reviews of Contractor's work. - Evaluate and certify Contractor’s MTO and responsible for the final quantity measurement intended for the final account of the project. - Prepare, submit and manage progress invoices, valuation of changes and finalize contract. - Preparation and submission of weekly & monthly progress report. - All necessary actions and activities requested by the project/site management team for the successful progress and completion of the project.
