- Role Description: • This is a customer facing role as first point of contact for customer, distributor & internal customers for inquiry and service requirement handling, Relationship Building, etc. • This is a tactical operation role to support full customer lifecycle, order to cash and risk management, etc. Job Description: • Customer Lifecycle Management, Including New Customer or Distributors Vendor Code and Contract Support and Relevant Onboarding/Termination Process. • Customer Demand Triangulation, Supply Readiness Management, Data Driven Business Analysis, Including Backlog Report and Fulfillment Report Communication, Business Health Index Management, etc. • Order Lifecycle Management, Including Pricing Operation, RFQ Execution & Coordination, Price List Maintenance, Order Input & Change of Order, Including MP Order, Chargeable Sample Order, Expedite Fee Order, Technical Service Contract Coordination, etc. • Order Fulfillment, Supply Reflection, Customer Payment Collection, Order Execution & Closure till Financial Billing Completion. • Logistic Arrangement, Including Standard & Non-Standard Shipment Process, Shipment Upgrade, RMA Return Process, etc. • Customer Escalation Handling, Including Customer Expedite Request Validation, Line Down Risk Assessment, Support Solution Identification, Progress Tracking, And Gap Closure, Tough Communication, Allocation Support, External Customer Calls, etc. • Ensures timely communication with customer, and effective collaboration with internal cross functional organizations. • System Data Integrity Maintenance, including Customer Coding, Customer Profile Maintenance, Part# Cross Reference, etc. • New Project Sample Request Handling, Sample Process Integrity Monitoring. • Required PCN/EOL Support & Communication. • Service Closed Loop, Customer Survey, Correction Action To Operation or Service Failure, etc. Qualification & Required Skills: • College Degree Above, preferably major in International Trade, etc. • 3+ years of relevant experience with Knowledge of Customer Business Process and Supply Chain Management., preferably in Semiconductor industry. • Intermediate Microsoft Computer skills & data analysis skills. • Multitasking skills and good organizational abilities. • Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations. • Professional phone presence and excellent written/verbal communication skills. • Excellent Interpersonal and active listening skills. • Fluent written and spoken in English, fluent in Korean will be plus advantage.
