Channel sales manager 岗位职责 Responsibilities Responsible for managing business, shop, people and customer insights in the region, identifying gaps and opportunity points, and providing feedback on market information Responsible for developing retail strategy, including coverage strategy, people and store strategy, experience service strategy, etc Responsible for achieving sales targets for the region under his/her jurisdiction, including overall ST/SO targets, flagship targets and share targets Responsible for developing competitive retail and marketing plans for the region and building good customer, media and consumer relationships Responsible for managing the sales team in the region, including team building, management, empowerment, motivation and passing on the Glory culture Responsible for the implementation of 4P strategy in the region, timely feedback on the implementation results and improvement 专业要求 Skills and Competencies Good communication in both Arabic and English, no barriers to communication and reading, proficiency in Arabic preferred Cheerful and optimistic, daring, flexible and tenacious Goal driven, result oriented, good at integrating resources to drive goals to fruition Good communication and organisation skills, ability to balance multiple roles and tasks
