职位介绍
Responsibilities 1. To ensure the responsible project, RFQ and task can deliver on time. 2. To ensure the responsible electronic design can fulfill AL latest requirement for different stage. 3. Build-up the competence of cross-function working skills. 4. Support the hardware industrialization for EMS and plant. 5. Familiar with Function safety, and responsible for drawing DFMEA, FMEDA, FTA, WCCA. 6. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Team leader. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, equivalent or higher; experience in the products for automotive industry or similar parts is desirable 2. Be familiar with the automotive development process. 3. Be familiar with the PCBA and PCB process is preferred. 4. Be familiar with how to operate the tools in lab for hardware analysis (Oscilloscope, power supply…) 5. Good hardware debugging skill. 6. Good problem analysis and solving capability. 7.Familiar with the DC/DC design. 8.Good PC skills especially in OrCAD or Allegro System, and good knowledge in Schematic Layout and simulation. 9.Good command of English in both spoken and written, CET 4 is a must. Japanese is advantage Capabilities & Desired Characteristics: 1. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills; 2. Cross-function working attitude; 3. Willing to take the challenge and responsibility to achieve company goal 4. Willing to further develop the new technology Training 1. Orientation 2. Design Guideline training and Other relevant trainings based on the job requirements 3. Products training. 4. R&D procedures. 5. Project Management. 6. Quality Procedure Management 7. EHS Training
