- Job responsibilities: 1. Lead daily shop floor quality assurance activities. 2. Lead daily quality performance indicator review, resolving issues through fast response actions. 3. Facilitate continuous improvement activities to reduce potential defects. 4. Responsible for managing non-conformance containment and corrective actions (CAR, NCMR). 5. Lead problem identification, priority setting, 5W2H action plans. 6. Lead root cause analysis problem solving applying 5-Why analysis and quality tools. 7. Support customer quality issue analysis, implementing robust permanent corrective actions. 8. Conduct LPA audits with respect to standards, working with cross-functional team members. 9. Lead the development, optimization and audit of process control plans. Requirements: 1. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s degree 2. With 5+ years relevant experience in automotive industry 3. Skilled in advanced product quality planning (APQP) and quality tools; PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA 4. Experienced in problem solving and continuous improvement tools; 8D, 5-Why, DOE, Six Sigma 5. Strong practical experience, knowledge of manufacturing systems and process technologies 6. Good interpersonal communication skills 7. Workable English
