Roles and Responsibilities 在指定的区域内完成公司下达的销售指标； 1. 执行公司的市场策略和销售政策； 2. 为分销商提供产品支持，协助分销商达成销售指标； 3. 在所在区域开发/建立并维护良好的分销经营渠道； 4. 建立和维护客户的长期关系，提高客户的满意度； 5. 利用销售工具收集/分析所在区域的市场情况，寻找潜在的机会，提供准确的市场预测； 6. 开展和组织所负责区域的市场推广和销售活动； 7. 挖掘和跟踪政府采购项目机会。 Required Qualifications 1. 大学本科或以上学历，医学，工程背景优先； 2. 3年以上医疗器械/耗材分销商管理经验或直接销售经验； 3. 高度诚信和敬业精神，遵守公司相关规定； 4. 较强的市场开拓和沟通能力及优秀的谈判技巧； 5. 能用英语阅读专业资料并写作，熟练操作电脑； 6. 优秀的对内对外沟通技能； 7. 团队工作的技能（包括寻找和利用各种资源达成目标的能力）； 8. 良好的演讲技能； 9. 能够承受相应压力，并拥有自我学习的意愿和能力。 Inclusion and Diversity GE Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
