The Application Analyst is responsible for managing the application system delivery with a focus of retail, marketing and business analytics functions, and the technology related project management to enable business strategy implementation in these areas. The Application Analyst shall have the qualification in information system technology and project management, and proven experience in managing multiple application systems and projects in a fast-paced environment. Business knowledge and partnership with business units and management of external service providers are essential for the success of this role. Here's what the job is about： Application Management • Collaborate with business functions to analyse business process and requirement, identify application system improvement opportunities, manage system enhancement pipeline and the delivery lifecycle • Manage the maintenance of application systems and the integration, manage incident escalation and problem resolution to ensure smooth running of the application systems. • Manage external vendors to ensure quality delivery and effective cost and time management. • Effectively work with other IT function and team members (e.g., infrastructure, services & BI) to ensure smooth operation of application systems and delivery Project Management • Act as project manager for technology enabled project implementations. Manage project plan, scope, cost and schedule, business integration and quality delivery. • Ensure timely escalation and resolution of project issues, risks for decision making; Drive smooth stakeholder communication and engagement to ensure the successful project implementation meeting business objective. Here’s the skills we are looking for： • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information System or related field. • Minimum 3 years' experience in Application System management • Previous supervisory & IT project management experience • Experience in minimum one of the following systems areas desired: retail and WeChat Mini-program, digital, ERP, database (e.g., MSSQL MySQL), business analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) • Business analyst experience is preferred • Fluent English and Chinese communication • Positive and optimistic character
