Focus on projects of digital transformation, digital project implementation, etc. 3. Lead a team of 3-5 consultants to help clients achieve new performance 4. Business development support incl. customer acquisition, bidding proposal, quotation strategy, pitching presentation Expertise Requested： 1. Solid knowledge & knowhow on automotive industry 2. Strong capability in project management incl. project plan, risk control, cost & budget plan, etc. 3. Deep expertise on digitization field, and understand basic technical skills incl. product prototype design, IT landscape, data management, etc. 4. Deep knowhow in automotive sales & aftersales, incl. user operation, sales funnel management, etc. 5. In depth knowledge and understanding of typical consulting team structures, roles, responsibilities, analytical techniques, problem solving frameworks and communication approaches 6. Exceptional problem-solving ability with logical reasoning, structure thinking, and the ability to untangle complex issues 7. Demonstrated leadership with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organisation 8. Proven digital project experiences, like digital concept design, IT strategy, etc. 9.
