- Job Responsibilities: Oversees and control the implementation of the standards, policies and guidelines related to the following topics: • Corporate Standard Physical Security (CSPS) and related guidelines • Security Management • Crisis management • Business Continuity • Supply Chain Security • Travel Security • Information Security • Investigations • Executive and Event protection • Threat Management • Sustainability • Compliance aligned with local standards and Unipart Global requirements • All aspects of EHS management throughout the entire business • Reporting to global standards for each area • Responsible for ensuring all subordinates and suppliers are managed to a very strict and high level • Management of supplier KPI’S Strategically develops and maintains sustainable and effective working relationship and collaborations with the stakeholders in his/her region. • Country Management • Business and Functional teams • Site Managers • Network of local coordinators • International Associations • Relevant Authorities / Bureau’s • Industry peers Identifies, initiates and leads projects to enable and strengthen the business operations and Unipart resilience in the region. • Training of key stakeholders (Country Management, Project managers, Site Managers, Critical position holders) • Awareness campaigns • Investment & Divestment projects • External Audits • Internal assessments (Security, and Sustainability) • Crisis management • Learnings from incidents • Framework agreements with Security Suppliers • Risk-based mitigation Oversees the execution of global and strategic projects in the areas of Security, Resilience, and Sustainability. • Deployment of new or updated standards and policies • Implementation of tools and solutions • Security risk management He coordinates Unipart’s response to potentially harmful situations. • Crisis management • Threat management • Duty of care for travellers • Executive protection • Event security Requirements & Experience: • Bachelor's degree or above • 10 years of experience in the field of security and / or risk management in China. • Professional qualification in EHS an advantage • Experienced in developing effective process flows, security risk, threat and vulnerability assessments, risk analysis and complex problem solving ability • Experience in assessing safety risks management • Strong leadership, influence management, negotiating and presentation skills. Proven ability to quickly and maturely assimilate information, derive appropriate solutions and make critical /key decisions • Manages well in a diverse style and type matrix organization; gets the most and best out of people, communicates and established clear goals; combined with the ability to work independently when required • Language Requirements: Mandarin / English (fluent both oral and written) • Good project management leadership skills • Able to work independently and collaboratively to set and accomplish corporate objectives • Effective problem solver with good analytical skills • Must be able to organize, prioritise, build an effective team and drive results • Ability to influence across the company and to interact well with people at all levels • Open to new area like security and willing to accept the challenges • Good computer skills, PC and MS Office applications including PowerPoint and Visio
