- Responsibilities: Douyin Official Store & Dewu Sales Management * Formulate annual business strategy of Douyin & Dewu channel. Combine with industry and channel resources, design sales strategies between different channels, and formulate product communication and sales strategies. * Review business plan time on time and provide guidance to agency on operation, and reach business goal. Content Production & Management * Understand the flow distribution mechanism of different channels and create corresponding content output. * Management agency produces content on time and with quality. * Cooperate with the company's major event nodes to complete the content dissemination plan, new media docking and new media channel promotion of company level activities. * Develop impactful social campaign with engaging content and precise TA targeting to improve both brand awareness and brand equity. Social platform & KOL Management * Responsible for the expansion, operation and relationship maintenance of MCN institutions/platforms/KOL/KOC * By leveraging KOL resources and content output to empower hero products. Core Competencies required: * More than 6 years in Marketing, content or digital marketing field, and business oriented. Having Douyin channel management experience is a plus. * Strong digital and social media understanding and content creation acumen. * Rich KOL/KOC resources in fashion field. * Strong communication skill, to influence and engage internal and external customers/stakeholders. * Extended know-how and insight in global fashion. * Decisively make high-quality decisions, even based on incomplete information or facing uncertainty. * Passion for fashion, with innovation spirit to bring new working way under the fast-pace environment. * Self-driven and being resilient, leads through influencing mindsets and behaviors. * Creative thinking and agile for learning new things.
