Mission * Report to the Business Line Manager, IAT, have responsibility to support to achieve sustainable profitable growth with high focus on market share and consolidated profitability for Industrial Air Division in the Great China market. * Empower and grow people in line with Atlas Copco core values and guidelines in “The Way We Do Things”. Job Requirements * Learn from and assist current IAT BLM to lead the whole IAT/CQK team to Interact with the Division marketing to develop and implement strategic business plans, convey feedbacks and insights on product development & competitor dynamics, and deliver ambitious growth and profit targets for IAT business in the China market. * Ensure planning and implementation of sales & marketing activities to meet the NIS, consolidated profit, working capital, functional cost efficiency as well as customer satisfaction targets. Review business development strategies on a regular basis and seek for progressive improvements that secures sales goals in line with growth targets. * Define and optimize continuously indirect and direct sales channels, to further facilitate business in a proactive way. Take direct lead of certain sales territories, segment business and part of marketing functions e.g. industrial gases, key account management and competence development … to solidate short- & long-term growth pillars of industrial air business in China * Contribute to digitalization strategy & dynamics, development of information systems, transparency of sales process, and efficiency utilization of sales tools * Cooperate with CTS & other departments, to optimize processes and to contribute to a transparent organization of high efficiency and overall sustainable growth together. * Promote and support implementation of the SHEQ Policies, advocate safe, healthy & environment-friendly ways of work and be devoted to build a strong team with high loyalty and sense of belonging Experience requirements * At least 5 years management and leadership experience. * Strong business and commercial sense with the ability to analyze data to determine business trends. * Previous experience in compressor sales with a track record of reaching targets and goals would be a plus. * A clear vision and ability to achieve results from action plans derived from a solid strategic platform, and solid marketing and sales management experience. Knowledge * High proficiency in Chinese and English language. * Good at computer skills. * Digitalization and big data awareness. Educational requirements * Graduate from University with a minimum of bachelor’s degree with major in Business, Mechanical /Electrical Engineering or equivalent by experience. Personality requirements * Excellent results oriented and ambitious personality with commercial, diplomatic and negotiating skill. * Pro-active dynamic performer with strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills always striving for new challenges and ideas. * Ability to lead and influence diverse people to achieve common goals, dynamic team building personality, and create trustworthy and fair relations. * High Integrity, an excellent organizer and high-class motivator and adherence to Atlas Copco Business Code of Practice. * An efficient communicator, a stress resilient person, a logical, analytical & creative thinker and a multi-tasker.
