- 职责描述： - Introduction of VR/AR methodology and process within VWA - Develop the new virtualization method based on the latest technology to adapt to the future - Deep understanding of VR/AR/XR development, automotive processes, familiar with Volkswagen Group organization, systems and processes especially in design, development and approval meeting processes, localization and release process and engineering requirements. - Excellent VRED, Photoshop, Catia, Unity3D and other software capabilities, excellent video generation and image rendering capabilities. - Proven track-record in collaboration within intercultural project teams - 在VWA内介绍VR/AR方法和流程 - 在最新技术的基础上开发新的虚拟化方法，以适应未来的发展 - 深入了解VR/AR/XR开发、汽车流程，熟悉大众集团组织、系统和流程，尤其是设计、开发和审批会议流程、本地化和发布流程以及工程要求。 - 优秀的VRED、Photoshop、Catia、Unity3D等软件能力，优秀的视频生成和图像渲染能力。 - 在跨文化项目团队中的合作有良好的记录 任职要求： - Minimum 5 years of working experience - Good communication skills, incl. hands-on and team-player attitude - Fluent in English.
