What will you do if join us? * Collaborates with management team and all relevant interface to achieve goals. * Coordinate all SI hotline related management topics. Optimize process based on requirement; prepare quarterly assist data summary; monthly vendor agent quality inspection and KPI scoring; daily support of special escalation and troubleshooting for urgent cases, etc. * Organize department meetings, events and activities, provide meeting agenda support. * Support BE projects, facilitate employee learning and activities. * Manage department administrative work, such as office supply management, etc. Who are we looking for? * Bachelor degree or above; * Good communication and coordination skills; * Good team player; * More than 5 years administration job experiences in international companies; * Pay attention to details, be able to work under time pressure; * Good problem solver, systematic and structured thinking; * Good commend of oral and written English.
