职位介绍: 职责描述： 1.Monitoring daily local operation of CSR team and Booking team, ensure local operation goes smoothly and efficiently 监督客服团队和订舱组的日常操作，确保顺利有效开展 2.Co-ordinating with related parties including internal department, sales, inland agents for any problems during daily operation 与相关部门协调处理日常操作中的问题 3.Setting-up SOP and keeping review and updating, forward suggestions to leader for improving working efficiency 负责SOP的建立和更新，向上级领导提出建议以期提高工作效率 4.Be in charge of training work including Phoenix, regular daily SOP，case study and training on new staffs 负责日常培训工作，包括Phoenix系统，日常定期的SOP培训，案例分析以及新晋人员的培训 5.Supporting team members to well handle emergent issues and complaints if needed, escalate to leader whenever needed 协助下属处理日常紧急事务及投诉, 必要时候上报给上级领导 6.Setting up SOP for named account biz with special handling requirements, keeping updated and monitoring enforcement 为特定客户的特殊要求制定标准操作流程并确保执行到位 7.Supporting sales to secure business or develop new customer including customer visiting and make solution for any special case 通过客户拜访，特殊货物的方案制定，帮助销售揽货或开发新客户 8.Visiting customer or making regular phone call to collect feedback from customer and setting-up or updated SOP accordingly to improve service 拜访客户或定期电话访问搜集客户的反馈, 相应地制定或修正操作流程以提高服务 9.Monitoring volume statistics and CSR's monthly report and work out solution for lost customer and decreasing volume 监督日常货量数据和月报表, 针对丢失的客户和货量下降的客户制定相关方案 10.Monitoring the quality of expense entry, sailing schedule updating and Phoenix job including milestone 监督日常费用录入、船期表更新、系统操作工作的质量 11.Managing Team building and weekly meeting 管理团队建设和组织每周周会 12.Supporting leader if necessary 协助上级领导布置的其他工作岗位要求： 1.College degree or above; 大专以上学历 2.Major in logistics, forwarding or other related; 物流、货代或其他相关专业 3.At least 3 years CSR experience; 3年以上客服经验 4.At least 2 years management experience; 2年以上管理经验 5.CET-4, good command in English. CET-4，英文听说读写能力较强
