- Main Responsibilities: 1. Lead regional security systems (ACS, CCTV and other data source, etc.) integration program with cost-effective approach, maximum the value of the investment and contribution to the businesses. 2. Serve as a leader on the team, and manage Security Operations Center (GSOC) program, including the day-to-day operations of the SOC, monitor and guide the daily job performance of SOC personnel. 3. Serve as the hub for monitoring, analyzing and interpretation of risks and threats that may affect the business. Be independent information source center with external and internal information based on security risk-oriented situations across the region. 4. Provide training and develop/enhance Standard Operating Procedures for personnel assigned to the SOC to facilitate effective performance requirements. 5. Assume full responsibility for identifying and scheduling all appropriate certifications and inspections of the GSOC, its systems, personnel and functions and ensure procedures and protocols are in place that enable the timely and effective response 6. Management of, incidents, alarms, notifications, CCTV, calls/slack/emails and other activities related to the GSOC and its role as a central monitoring station. 7. Develop a quality assurance program for auditing and troubleshooting software systems with a focus on preventative maintenance and early detection of potential issues Qualification Required: 1. At least 5+ years of experience working at a multinational company, with responsibility for a global security operation center. 2. At least 5 years of experience in IP-based Security platform or VMS (Video Management System) 3. At least 2 years of experience to apply AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology in IP-based security system 4. Strong understanding of security standards like ONVIF/GB28181 5. Great understanding of metrics collection and analysis. Superior presentation skills and writing required. 6. Practical experience for security system integration and architecting, SOC setting up experience is a plus. 7. Ability to manage resources to budget forecast Extreme organizational skills, communication skills, hyper responsiveness, leadership excellence.
