职位介绍: 职责描述：  Responsible for supporting production OEE through optimize or development of processes, machine and equipment:  Lead design and building up of new and/or improved processes, machine and equipment.  Lead setup and qualification of new and/or improved processes, machine and equipment.  Responsible for on time delivery：  Responsible for equipment, machine, fixture and tooling definition, drawing release and supplier tracking.  Responsible for technical feasibility study and process build up for new part and change of running products.  Responsible for technical supporting for serial production.  Responsible for developing new technology for new product or improvement.  Ensuring ongoing support for production, Quality, and Facilities management with respect to ongoing process continuous improvement.  Responsible for production trouble shooting.  Responsible for standardizing processes, equipment documents and operation:  Responsible for change management of process and equipment.  Responsible for machine, tool and fixture management system for serial production and new products.  Responsible for mechanical design for running line improvement and new line or machine for production.  Work in compliance with customers’ specific requirement, such as QSB of SGM, Formal Q of VW, etc.  Work in compliance with Stackpole EP’s Environmental, Health, Safety, Quality and Production Management Systems.  In conjunction with quality engineering complete the implementation of automotive operating systems including APQP, PPAP, and QOS as per IATF16949 standards as they relate to process development. 任职要求：  Requires a bachelor degree in Mechanical Design/ Mechanical Engineering/ Mechanical Manufacturing/ Automation, minimum 5 years’ experience in non standard machine design side or maintenance of manufacturing process; prefer experience in automotive industry.  Deep knowledge of:  GD&T.  Tooling and fixture.  APQP, SPC, FMEA, MSA, PPAP.  Locating and support system.  Error proofing.  Good at technical feasibility analysis capability.  Rich experience on software includes ProE, AutoCAD or inventor.  Good communication skills.  Cross-department cooperation capability.  Strong teamwork consciousness.  Observe law and discipline, employee rules.  Understanding of automotive IATF16949 operating systems.  Good oral and written communication skills in English.  Team player with “can do” attitude.
