职位介绍: 关于此职位：配方相关工作，侧重于宠物犬、猫等配合料及预混料的配方支持工作； On this post: Formulation related jobs, with focus on premix for pets including cats, dogs, etc. 岗位职责：Responsibilities 1、根据原材库存，价格状况及市场反馈等优化饲料配方； Formula optimization based on real RM quality, price, and market feedback etc.. 2、根据市场及客户需求，在总部技术专家的支持下设计新产品或定制产品配方； As per market/customer requirement, develop formula for new or tailor making product formulas with the guidance from HQ experts. 3、针对客户提出的特定技术问题，与总部沟通并寻求解决方案； Communicate with HQ for some technical issues encountered from work; 4、根据原料行情变化，从配方角度提供原料采购建议； Give RM purchase proposal from formulation side. 5、从配方角度，与工厂其他部门进行技术对接工作； Connection with other departments from formulation side. 6、其他技术性工作。 Others temporary work. 任职要求： Requirement: 1、动物营养、饲料科学等专业背景，硕士及以上学历； Major in animal nutrition, feed science or relative others, master’s degree and above. 2、具有中等饲料企业等实际配方工作经验1年以上；有宠物相关工作经验尤佳。 With more than 1 year working experience with medium size feed business, preferably in pet business. 3、具备较好的沟通协调能力，工作认真、负责，主动性强，具有良好的团队协作精神； Good communication ability, responsible and active working attitude, good cooperation skills. 4、中等英语书面及口语交流能力，适应外资企业工作环境； Medium English communication skills both written and orally and be suitable in foreign company working environment.
