职位介绍: Job Responsibility: - Provide architect solutions according to AIA’s Business, EA and security requirements - Provide solutions to meet the Database governance, API governance and HA/DR for not only Digital applications but also insurance domain systems - Work with various upstream/downstream applications for integration design - Work with Devops engineers for CI/CD pipeline setup, work with infrastructure team for infrastructure provisioning and capacity planning including on prem and cloud services. - Work with PM and BA for Design Authority documentation preparation which comply with the Compliance and Information security from Group standard, and assist development and testing for application - Estimate, plan and monitor task, lead development team and accountable for delivery - Develop staff and manage resource Job Requirement: - Bachelor or above degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software development - 5+ years’ experience in Java/Python - 5+ years’ experience in database and SQL (e.g. DB2, SQL Server and etc.); - 2+ years’ experience in various cloud solutions in one of Azure, Ali-cloud, AWS,GCP etc. project experience in refactoring cloud migration is a plus. - Good understanding of SDLC or Agile framework - Good English in reading, writing and speaking - Desire to learn new technologies - Good communication and target driving, confident to present ideas and thoughts - Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines - Experience with supervise development task, has capability to manage the development team with 10+ members - Certificates of Azure, ACE/ACP, - Insurance domain knowledge is a plus
