- 工作职责: The Role 工作描述 整车电源系统工程师 Vehicle Charging System Engineer 在整车开发中，负责电源系统及其零部件的策略制定、开发设计、集成和验证工作。 Responsibility of Charging system and components strategy defined, develop design, integrate and validate job Responsibilities: 职责描述 1. 根据整车电源系统及零部件的技术标准和设计规范，开展相关车型电源类零件的DCS，并按时发布SOR。 1. Based on vehicle charging system and components technology standard and design specification, perform related vehicle power parts DCS and release SOR on time. 2.负责在设计开发阶段，和接口零件工程师讨论并确认ICD。开发与整车功能需求相匹配的电源系统零件，按时进行评审分析，完成DFMEA并制定详细的行动方案和计划，积极利用DFSS方法开展稳健性设计工作。 2. Responsible of discuss and confirm ICD with interface part engineer on design development phase. Develop match vehicle function requirements charging system parts, peer review on time, finish DFMEA and make details action and plan, Positive use DFSS tool to develop robust design job. 3. 按照要求，定期组织产品开发评审，按时发布零件，保证开发过程按计划进行。 3. Follow request, run produce develop audit regularly, release part on time, ensure whole develop process via plan. 4.组织产品开发团队，定期召开会议，解决产品开发中的问题。配合验证工程师，制定相关零件的验证计划，负责解决零件验证过程中的问题。 4. Organize product development team hold regular meeting and solve product issue during develop phase. Together with Devval engineer and make related part validation plan，, responsibility of solving part issue during validation phase 5. 负责分析解决试制、路试及整车电子集成验证中整车电源系统相关问题，在试生产及生产中解决电源系统相关产品技术问题。 5. Responsible analysis and solve related vehicle charging system issue on prototype part, vehicle test and vehicle E/E integrate validation phase, solve charging system related product technology issue during trial run and production phase. 6. 负责相关产品的售后问题，组织相关团队调查分析，及时提出解决方案并予以跟踪状态。 6. Responsibility of related product warranty issue, organize related team investigation analysis, provide solution on time and tracking status. 任职资格: 1. 教育程度 Education 学历 Required Degree：本科或以上 Bachelor or above 专业 Major： 汽车工程,机电一体化 计算机科学等automobile/mechatronics engineering，computer science etc. 2. 工作经验 Work experience 3年以上电子相关的设计，验证或集成经验，有汽车电源系统开发相关经验者优先。 Above 3 years E/E part design, validation or integration experience, prior to vehicle charging system development experience. 3. 知识技能 Knowledge skill 专业知识：电机，蓄电池，逆变器等功率型电器知识 Knowledge: motor, battery, inverter etc. power E/E knowledge 英语：良好的英语口语和阅读能力，能用英语进行技术问题讨论 Good spoken and read English capability and can technology discuss in English 计算机Computer：熟练操作Matlab or python 语言 。 Familiar with operate Matlab or python software 4. 素质能力 Competencies 诚信正直，积极主动，以客户为中心，充分授权的团队合作，不断改进和创新 Integrity, aggressive, customer focus, empowered teamwork, continuous improvement and innovation
