Responsibility: overseeing and executing CHSD shopper marketing on eCom related platform. ecom promotion plan, sales projection, and ecom go to market plan. Promotion Plan ● owner of EC strategy and portfolio management of CHSD ● Work closely with EC-sales teams and product marketing team to develop annual trade marketing / channel promotion calendar and tactics that in line with brand strategy and EC target achievement. ● Review the promotion plan of monthly, quarterly and annual reviews, and review the channel problems, formulate solutions and implement them. Sales projection ● Sell in & Sell out projection and tracking ● FCST including working and non-working goods ● Consolidate the FCST internally and then communicate with cross function on the fulfillment rate on a monthly basis ● Feedback and discuss with EC sales team on the action plan E-POSM & on-site media/engagement program ● Budget control and tracking (including AD & MDF) ● Update the actual spending ● Set up and implement to on-site media and engagement program, and tracking performance.
