- Responsibilities: 1. Create sales order and do the following updates 2. Management of all activity associated with production work orders (creating, releasing, scheduling, roll up, reconciling and closing). 3. Based on materials availability to provide work order kitting schedules and priorities to stock room 4. Manage and update work order material requirements based on re-work / conversion requirements, and engineering and production changes 5. Works with production to establish daily and weekly production schedules. 6. Track and report material shortages and work together with production, warehouse and purchasing team to update the production plan 7. Evaluate and analyze MRP output to ensure the correct material is driven, ordered, issued, and available in production to support the master production schedule. 8. Problems check and solve BOM, quality, materials shortage etc. 9. Participate ECO meeting and take actions Qualifications: 1. ≥2 years’ experience in material planning, production scheduling and production control. 2. Basic knowledge of SCM and manufacturing processes. 3. Advanced knowledge of SAP Production & Planning, Purchasing Module and other interfacing SAP Modules. 4. Above average analytical skills with Excel sheet. 5. Advanced ability to evaluate, prioritize, and problem solve a variety of task to ensure timely completion. 6. Ability to effectively communicate cross functionally across a wide variety of internal customers. 7. BS degree 8. Good English in writing, reading and oral, must pass CET4, CET6 is prefer. Environmental, Health & Safety Requirements: 1. Successful completion of required Safety training. 2. Report to the Safety Officer any unsafe or unhealthy condition which cannot be corrected. 3. Follow all safety and health regulations and work practices, including personal protective equipment where applicable.
