职位介绍: Title 岗位名称 Software Support Engineer 软件支持工程师 Report To 汇报对象 Software Fellow 软件专家 Location 地点 Main Cities in China, Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, Shenyang, Xi’an, etc. Flexible 国内主要城市，上海，北京，成都，沈阳，西安等，灵活可议 Position Overview 职位综述 • Assist software sales to discuss technical questions with customers. 协助软件销售与客户进行技术交流 • CAE software demonstration and training to customers. 向客户提供软件操作演示和培训 • Customer license maintenance. 用户口令维护 Main Responsibilities 主要职责 • Assist sales person to make software demonstration to potential customers before sales. 售前协助销售向客户演示软件 • Answer any technical questions from customers about CN CAE software capability before sales. 回答客户关于CN CAE软件功能的任何技术问题 • Provide software operation training for trial and test. 软件试用测试操作培训 • Provide software installation support to customers after sales 售后对客户提供软件安装支持 • Provide software training after sales 售后软件培训 • Technical support to customers after sales. 售后向客户提供技术支持 • Customer license maintenance, keep customer license updated in time. 用户口令维护，保证用户口令即使更新 • Prepare marketing material including presentations，software introduction documents and user guide in Chinese. 准备市场资料包括软件介绍PPT、详细功能描述资料和中文培训手册 Qualifications 任职要求 • Master’s degree related to Thermodynamics, Fluid dynamics, Aircraft Propulsion Engineering, Cryogenic and refrigeration engineeringor Turbomachinery Engineering. 工程热力学、流体力学、飞行器动力工程、低温与制冷工程或叶轮机械工程相关专业硕士学位 • Excellent English skills. 英语听书读写无障碍 • Well responsibility, team spirit, good communicate skills. 责任心强，良好的团队协作及沟通能力 • At least 3 years of related working experience in the turbomachinery industry. Have the turbomachinery design process understanding. 叶轮机械行业3年或以上相关工作经历，熟悉叶轮机械设计过程。 • Be able to travel frequently 能够适应频繁出差 Desirable 优先 • Knowledge of turbomachinery design software, or 熟悉叶轮机械设计软件，或者 • Technical support experience for CFD software, or 具有CFD软件技术支持经历, 或者 • Technical support for turbomachinery product pre- or after-sales. 具有叶轮机械产品售前或售后技术支持经历
