- Position Responsibilities • Develop and manage new Channel Partners for server, cloud, HPC and datacenter solutions • Recruit new partners through market segmentation to achieve ideal coverage for revenue growth • Make effective, persuasive presentations which demonstrate Inspur‘s solutions • Organize and execute joint events with partners to generate new business • Build and successfully execute business/marketing plans with partners • Conduct regular meetings and engage with Senior Management and C-level contacts within the Channel account base • Build strong relationships between partners and Inspur direct enterprise sales team • Deliver accurate revenue forecasts Knowledge and Skills Required: • Good understanding of server, storage, datacenter, cloud and HPC • Proven ability to create and manage a Partner / Channel ECO system • Strong partner development skills with the ability to build out and execute to a robust business plan • Experience of managing, growing and taking ownership of SI, ISV, Distributors • Track record of sales achievement with partners • German native speaker with good English oral and written skills.
