- 职责描述：- Execute existing installation maintenance, repair and call back to meet maintenance requirements; 执行在用梯服务（包括保养、修理、回召处理等），达到公司管理要求； - Improve working efficiency and reduce labor cost; 持续提高劳动生产率，减少劳动成本； - Study and improve technical skills actively to meet Schindler business development needs; 主动学习，努力提升自我带位技能，迎合公司的业务发展需求； - Gather customers’ needs and requests, provide active solutions and improve customer satisfaction; 收集和反馈客户的需求和期望，并积极响应，提高客户满意度； - Record and fill in Service Report, keep the report completely as Schindler required; 记录和填写服务情况报告，保存完整，满足公司要求； - Assist to apply and collect due amount to reduce AR; 帮助申请与收回到期款项, 减少客户欠款； - Provide accurate worked hours and call back report timely according to relevant standards; 及时，准确的回报工时和回召，满足工时和回召上传标准； - Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor; 完成上级临时安排的其他任务； 任职要求：Education Background or Certificate教育背景或相关证书 - High school or technical secondary school degree or above. 高中或职业中专学历。 Work Experience工作经验 - Familiar with Schindler products， Green Belt Certificate - 熟悉公司产品，通过公司绿带认证 Critical Ability, Skill and Knowledge 关键能力、技能和知识 - Customer-oriented, responsible and self-disciplined; 良好的服务意识和责任感，良好的自律性； - Good communication skills; 具有一定的沟通能力；
