- Purpose of the function岗位职责: 1. Responsible for electromagnetic design of motor bases on OPERA, SPEED, FLUX or ANSYS or MAXWELL or similar software, technical specification and agreement review and technical exchange with internal & external customers 基于Opera，SPEED，FLUX 或者 ANSYS、 MAXWELL 等类似仿真软件负责电机电磁方案设计，与公司内部/外部客户进行技术协议评审及技术交流 2. Evaluation of measurement and test results分析（制作）检测方法与检测报告 3. Responsible for development projects and application engineering of products in electrical & electronic point of view 负责项目开发和产品应用的电磁与电气设计 4. Responsible for the ramp up of new motor range production from an electrical design point of view从电磁设计角度出发，支持新系列电机产品的开发 5. Push and handle motor pilots with a high level of converter integration推动和处理高端集成化电机的试点工作 6. Assist in product documentation (technical agreement, instruction manual, etc.)协助编制产品文档（技术协议、使用说明书等） 7. Support internal and external project elements from engineering field (new motor prototype and small batch trial motor production, test site follow-up and coordination, technical problem tracking and solution, etc.) 从工程技术领域支持内部和外部的项目元素(新品电机样机及小批量试制电机生产、试验现场跟进协调及技术问题跟踪解决等)。 8. Can skillfully use various brands of frequency converter to drive the motor. 能熟练的使用各品牌变频器来驱动电机 9. Product care and continuous improvement. 产品维护和持续改进。 Requirements岗位要求: 1. Education: Min. bachelor’s degree major in Mechanical and Electrical. 教育背景：机电相关专业，本科及以上学历 2. Tools: Proficient in the use of simulation software (OPREA, SPEED, ANSYS, Maxwell, Flux or Similar software) 精通仿真软件的使用(例如OPREA, SPEED, ANSYS, Maxwell、Flux或者类似的仿真软件) 3. Tools: Familiar with AutoCAD or CAXA and office software 熟练使用 AUTOCAD or CAXA等绘图软件和 Office办公软件. 4. Professional Experience：4years+ in motor development and motor application experience. Engineering background in pump motor development experience is preferred. 2year+ If master’s degree 专业经验：4+年电机研发和电机应用等的经验，有水泵电机行业领域经验优先；2年+经验，如为研究生学历。 5. English: working language, skillful in writing, reading and speaking 英语：工作语言，熟练掌握英语读写和交流 6. Personality and competency：能力特征 - Strategic thinking and implementation, especially in cost saving, value engineering. 战略思考和执行，特别是在成本节约，价值工程 - Effective communication and teamwork. 高效沟通&团队合作。 - Proactive积极主动
