- "岗位职责: Position: SW Implementation Manager (Shanghai) Responsibilities: • Manage the team’s performance ,delivery quality to meet KPIs • Work closely with SW Project Leader to devise design and development methodologies in line with Swisslog approach towards high quality of delivered solution. • Coordinate and integrate suggested quality improvement strategy to the project • Manage project issues, risks and opportunities through regular reporting. • Monitor, track and communicate project status to line manager. • Provide support and guidance to project team members. • Provide consultation to clients on project subject matter. • Travel internationally to clients and local country based offices where necessary • Be open to changes and readily adapt to changing circumstances, new requirements or unexpected issues. • Secure adequate resources for the project through forecasting, planning and scheduling with the team leaders and line managers. • Apply Agile Project Management, participate in project requirement gathering and cooperate with SW Project Leader to identify gaps and propose solution to meet requirement specification. • Successful delivery of project that meet contractual obligations and requirements • Cost control to ensure projects are kept within budget, stipulated timescale whilst meeting the agreed scope without neglecting quality. • Define and execute project plans, provide project reports and deliver work to agreed priorities, standards and timeline. • Ensure contracted work is invoiced as soon as possible, with appropriate levels of backup documentation. • Ensure all time and expenses are recorded and invoiced as appropriate. • Produce and maintain sufficient project documentation. • Participate in commissioning and testing of the WMS at various sites. 任职资格: Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. Certification in project management and/or Scrum Master is an added advantage. • At least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity with proven experience of managing successful projects in terms of scope, budget and timeline. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Good leadership skills with strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with individuals from different levels and cultures. • Must be willing to travel and work overseas for long duration. • Able to adhere to priorities and meet tight dateline. • Customer focus, good team work and communication capability • Experience in Java environment is and added advantage. • Prior working knowledge and experience in Automated Warehousing / WMS / ERP is an added advantage."
