- 职责描述： 1. Establish direct and impactful long-term relationship with target strategic accounts including Animal Health managers and key opinion leaders, attending Swine industry meetings and acting as a contributor and/or solution provider towards them. 2. Run field trials and implement mutually agreed monitoring systems to accomplish actual and evidence based results. 3. Guarantee proper communication on technical matters within the subsidiary. 4. Report activity protocols and trial results to colleagues and corporate team. 5. Manage the corporate support needs and interactions. 6. Provide to corporate thorough feedback on the current local market situation (trends, evolution and competition) as well as on the perception & performance of the Ceva Swine range upon it. 7. Participate actively on national technical & relevant industry network events. 8. Ensure periodic training of the national organization at all levels on Swine scientific/technical subjects. 任职要求： Expert in Networking (KOL-U),Vaccinology & Disease Knowledge,Planning & Organization,Negotiation,Customer Guidance & Advisory,Impact & Influence,Market Data Collection & Analysis,Ensure Scientific/technical value of Mkt. documents,Communication Skills and Creativity.
